Poor Implementation of policies

<p>Hi Guys :)</p> <p> </p> <p>Very memorable day. I was the first person to be forefully asked to put pack away the weights after using it.</p> <p>Now I know that this has been part of your policies since day 1, but I've been at your gym since day one and never has anybody been isolated and asked to put back your weights.</p> <p> </p> <p>My first complaints after tolerating your over croweded, broken equipment for years on end. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've spoken to the 'new' manager at the gym and I've told him that you need some consistency in your gym, if you're going to point out one member you better be telling all members to put away their **** weights.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect a clean gym from now onwards, because everyone will be asked to put away their weights.</p> <p> </p> <p>Either you strictly implement your rule and ask this of everyone or you ask your gym instructers who's always standing around doing nothing , to simply put away the weights after all your members are done.</p> <p> </p> <p>(P.S) Please ask a manager to call me so that we can further discuss how you're miraculously going to change your poor service.</p>
