Poor customer service, rude and unapologetic when this was pointed out.

General customer service and etiquette is lacking at the Wynberg branch. I have initiated cancellation of my contract, I have an outstanding balance which needs to be settled before cancellation can be processed, I am perfectly happy with that. However, the zone fitness representative who contacted me should not be in a customer service role, please review my last interaction via email with Sharon and share your thoughts.
