Poor Customer service and care

Ever since level one has started we don't have enough towel rolls on the floor and they said the aerobics classes will start on the 1st of October,but it's the 5th of October today and there's still no classes when we ask the receptionist they also don't know.The Pretoria central club is so inconsiderate of its customers.
