Poor business practice and poor customer service

I will never again sign up for any gym services.

You have to go to hell and back to get your membership canceled whilst they are debiting your account.

They convert lapsed memberships to a month to month to avoid losing revenue. A lot of customers are probably unaware of this act and it is wrong.

I left my membership card at the Parrow Centre facility because he refused to cancel my subscription due to an outstanding amount. I showed him the notification that the funds have went off and he said its not updated on the system.

Someone needs to audit these companies, there is a lot of ***** going on in the background.

I am in my right to cancel membership whenever I want.
