Poor administration

Zone fitness Parow is so disorganised. I cancelled my membership after my contract expired, the person who assisted me said I will not be charged again seeing as I cancelled before the 10th of the month. A few days later they sms me to say my last debit order will go off on the last day of the month, but I enquired about this and they said to ignore the sms and I won’t be charged, as I already cancelled my membership. Lo and behold the debit order goes off at the end of the month. I reversed the debit order because I wasn’t supposed to be charged but they keep calling me to ask me to pay. I’ve explained my situation to 3 different employees and they all tell me that I actually was not meant to pay. Then why do they keep calling me?? Very poor administration
