PLANET FITNESS / ZONE FITNESS ****ERS

I had an account with Planet Fitness...2021/2022...Contract ended in March'23. 2 years without 1 failed debit order. In this time Planet Fitness became Zone fitness and moved premises. I have not received a call advising me of such but an email i opened almost 3 months later as I no longer use the same email address. Every month thereafter a debit ran from my account until I reversed it in Sept'23 and giving them clear instructions to cancel my account. They have since then not cancelled my account is making my liable to pay an amount of almost R4K once again no monthly follow up's, not even via email (address I no longer use). I still have a Planet Fitness tag... They didn't even think to call and inform me that I need to come and collect my tag at a closes branch. I want to expose them for their ********* business practice and unprofessional manner of dealing with Clients. I will even take this this as far as going to the consumer board and report them
