Paying after membership expires

My membership finished about 2 months ago. The only notification of this was a vague SMS that looked like a promo - meanwhile they continued to up their fees and charge my account.

Although the email service was speedy, there was no accountability for the lack of contact. It is simply sneaky and unprofessional.
