Pay back the money!!!!!!!

Took out a contract for 2 years, 2 years expired and they still taking money from my bank. Received a letter of Demand, which they sold the account to. Phone them, it is a mistake a year ago, still not fix today. Received another letter of demand and still money get deducted in which they promise to resolve it. Time to go and re-arrange furniture.
