Pathetuc service accounts has been over charged

I would to log a complaint with regards firstly against Zone Fitness and secondly against Pelina Tshabala as she is the most un help full an pathetic person I have ever dealt with even after emailing her she refuses to call me to speak to me therefore my query an issue remains unresolved, Zone Fitness please call me urgently as this service cannot continue I have been a member of Zone longer than the employees has last however the service is pathetic
