Pathetic Zone Fitness Service

If I could give a negative rating I would. I took out a Black Friday deal in Nov-2020, a week ago I received a call from Zone offering me a "Complimentary Workout" which I declined saying I already have a contract, only to be told that I didn't. I contacted the extremely unhelpful and sarcastic consultant who signed me up to hear that he "didn't know about this". 2 Days went by without hearing from him and I get him in the mall to be told a sloppy excuse about my contract was "lost" by someone who "no longer works here". Sounds to me like the R150 joining fee is being pocketed by these consultants. Absolutely disgusted in the service.
