had a membership with Zonefitness awhile ago around 2010, after some time, I was notified that there was a balance that was owing which was paid in full and settled, the contract was also cancelled, the POP was also sent to Zonefitness many times however I am constantly being harassed for this account.

i have sent the POP as well as corresponding emails to many people many times, when you call in they say" they will look into it"

They are obviously not looking into anything because this problem is not being sorted out and i am still being harassed.

They also harass people at the Mall, shoppers cannot shop in peace and dread walking walk pass them.

This is absolutely frustrating as I have paid this account and sent the POP!!!!!!!!

What else do these people want????????

I demand that this be sorted out or else i will have no option but to take this to the ombudsman and report Zonefitness to the CPA association.
