Pathetic Service - Zone fitness

Zone Fitness has the ****tiest admin department. My account with them has been frozen since covid started and no debit orders ran off my account. No one has contacted me with regards to this matter. Today I received a call from lawyers saying that they need to authorize an arrangement with me for R5k fees that's in arrears! This is the very first time that anyone has contacted me with regards to my account being in arrears! What the hell! You have both my cellphone number and email address on file so how couldn't anyone have the decency to contact me with regards to this before handing the account over to lawyers!
