pathetic service and dont care attitude

signed up for the services and cancelled within the 7 day cooling period<br> <br> spoke to nivesh<br> <br> he did not cancel the contract<br> <br> i have been billed for 2 years for a service i have never used<br> <br> i have called their head office and spoke to michelle who promised to have someone call me back<br> <br> it is now 3 months and no one has called<br> <br> i have called the useless lenasia branch a million times<br> spoke to their so called manager that never gets back to me<br> <br> they have no co ordination or system<br> <br> people who cant even speak properly come onto the phone and hassle <br> <br> <br> i am shoved from pillar to post<br> <br> it is now 2 years and the contract has expired and they are still debiting my account<br> <br> i am tired of this useless pathetic so called customer service that give no service and don't give a dam about their customers<br> <br>
