Pathetic service

<p>My name is Khanya Mxotwa and I have a membershio with zone fitness.I called the Lanesia brach end of June 2016 to cancel my account and was assured that it was canceled then I moved banks from fnb to absa. I called on the first week of July 2016 and was again assured that they had cancelled it. </p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday 21st of October 2016, I get a call that my accound is in arreas for 3 months. This is after i was assured and reassured that it had been canceled. I've been in the Eastern Cape for the past 1 year 7 months and have not missed one payment. I am so disappointed by the service of Zone fitness </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
