I do not know why Zone Fitness Brackenfell, cannot get there act together. They can never arrange a substitute when the regular instructor cannot give a class. Arriving at the gym yesterday, they tell me the classes have been cancelled. Why can you not contact you members in advance. Why wake up five in the afternoon, and then decide to call. Apparently the young lady at reception says she called, me but i showed her there was no miss call on my phone. Wasted time rushing to gym only to be told sorry there will be no class. PATHETIC. QUICK TO SEND TEXT MESSAGES SAYING GYM FEES INCREASING YET, TO PATHETIC TO LET YOUR MEMBERS KNOW IN TIME WHEN YOU GUYS HAVE NOT ARRANGED A STAND- IN INSTRUCTOR. WHY COULD A SMS NOT BE SENT!!!!!!!!!!
