Pathetic service

<p>As my understanding goes gym is a service that gets provided to people and when you sign the contract with them the consultants are so nice and neglect to inform you the features and benefits of the contract as long as they get the sale they don't care. I fail to understand how a gym membership gets renew automatically when a person owe the gym how is it possible because then you can't make use of their services and I'm paying you to make use of the services. My contract expired with zone fitness but yet I had a month outstanding arrears on the account but yet my contract get renewed and I can't cancel because I he outstanding amount how is that possible I need to be explained because the consultants fail to make me understand. I found your services pathetic and are outraged how you get people's money that don't even use the gym can't cancell their contracts and the arrears go up daily when they don't pay. They give no courtesy call when you don't attend gym but pay them every month but as soon as you don't pay they can call you everyday</p>
