Pathetic customer service

I called in to find out if I could use the gym today 5 October 2024. The lady at reception who answered had no telephone etiquette, was short off and had no customer service skills. I forgot my card at work and wanted to use my ID number to enter but I was refused entry. Every month I pay their R250 service fees and this is the service I get. What pathetic staff running the place.
