Zone Fitness Wynberg, Maynard Mall I lodged a complaint #524038 on Tuesday morning early about their Pathetic Operations Manager, Marlo Keet. 4 Major Items were mentioned which dated back to 2024. And the latest item occurring on 13 April 2026 at about 18h45. I received an email at 11h46 on 14 April 2026 stating that someone would contact me. To date No contact from their Head Office. I did receive a Final Warning letter from Marlo Keet at 09h00 this morning. I did not open or read the letter. Is this really how Zone Fitness Senior Management and Head Office treat their clients?
