Pathetic condition of toilets and showers

My fiancé joined the gym recently and advised me that the bathrooms are in a very bad condition. Everyday he uses the gym and complains about the smell and dirty showers. It is disgusting to have to attend the gym (especially in the mornings) and have to use facilities which are not well taken care of or cleaned regularly or properly for that matter. He would rather come home and use the bathroom, however, he attends early in the morning and goes to work thereafter. The shower floors are brown and smell of urine and he doesn't even use the toilets. This is very unhygienic and extremely unprofessional. I really hope this will be looked into and that the bathrooms will be closely monitored and cleaned regularly for clients to use.
