pathetic cancellation service

<p>i am extreemly irate about the service i have been recieving from zone fitness bellville. i have taken out a contract with them in 2014 february and two years expired and the contract was done this year feb 2016.</p> <p>Then i was told that it will go on a month to month which i didnt want and i stopped the contract with a gentleman named randall whom i initially took the contract out. i then got a call in april from a lady named shandre about outstanding fees and explained everything to her and she said she will get back to me (that correspondance happened on the 19th of april).</p> <p>This morning nearly 5 months later at 7am this morning i get a call from credit works regarding and overdue handed over zone fitness account.</p> <p> Nobody came back to me telling me my account was overdue and about to be handed over or even behind from zone fitness all i was told is they will get back to me.</p> <p>i need this sorted out its affecting my credit profile</p>
