pathetic and *********

Just a bit of background, I Joined the Gym in December 2019 so technically I supposed to cancel end December 2020 but I am still being debited. In January 2021 i went into my gym in Kloof Street (cape Town) to cancel, i was told to complete a form which i did and the agent named Samantha advised that Feb would be my last payment. March i was debited again, i them emailed *** and a lady by the name of Siyavuya advised me that due to lockdown and the gym being closed my gym membership will continue for an extra 2 months meaning my last debit will be 1st April 2021... but on the 1 May they debited again and when i emailed Siyavuya i was ignored and am still waiting a response. i would like my May payment reversed and my membership cancelled asap.
