PATHETIC

ZONE FITNESS, WILLOWBRIDGE REQUIRES ONE TO CALL AT 12:00 ON A SUNDAY FOR A MONDAY STEP CLASS. I CALLED ON THE DOT AT 12:00 AND WAS TOLD CLASS WAS FULLY BOOKED ALREADY, I ASKED HOW COULD THIS BE, ONLY TO BE TOLD SNIDELY THAT SHE HAD TWO PEOPLE PHYSICALLY MAKING A STEP CLASS BOOKING. BUT I ALSO CALLED TWICE AND THE RECEPTIONIST PICKED UP PHONE BUT DID NOT TALK! FOR TWO WEEKS I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND A GUY RECEPTIONIST WAS ON DUTY AND I HAD NO WORRY I GOT MY PLACE!!! I KNOW SOME LADIES JUST AUTOMATICALLY JOT DOWN THEIR REGULAR NAMES DOWN, THAT IS VERY WRONG!!!! JUST VERY UPSET!!!!! NOT MY FAULT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH STEP CLASSES!!!!! Hi there

As follows:

My wife does the step class every Monday. This is now the second time this has happened and I have now had enough of this:

She gets told to call only at 12. So, we set a clock specific at 11h30 and then we wait to call to make the booking.

On Sunday the 14th of March 2021 she called at 11h02 to maybe see if they were willing to do an early booking for her. She was told no they can’t and she has to call at 12.

At 11h59 she called (twice), both times the phone was picked up but no one spoke. At 12h00 she called again. At 12h01 she called again (both times the phone remained engaged) Eventually also at 12h01 Liezel answered and told us the class is fully booked.

Off course my wife lost her cool and the phone was handed to me. Liezel then proceeded to tell me its fully booked and her reasons were as follows:

– 3 people were apparently waiting in front of her to book and the other 5 people called in at 12Pm

Now correct me if I’m wrong, but that story sounds VERY farfetched. She means to tell me that we tried calling at 12 and just prior to that she answered that phone within 1 minute and made 5 bookings including the 3 in front of her to total the 8 that the class can accept? I was taught that if something sounds too unbelievable, it arguably is just that, NOT BELIEVABLE.

I hereby request the following:

I want proof of the booking sheet and the call records that corresponds to the bookings made please. In addition, the confirmation in writing that there were 3 parties standing in real contact waiting to book the class in consideration to that class booking list for the Monday 15 March 2021

Attached you will find our call log history as per my above description. I was promised a person with the name Justice is to call me this morning, that has of yet not happened.

I want this issue remedied by from now on having my wife pre-booked for every Monday step class without us having to go through this nonsense that I still don’t believe happened.
