PATHETIC
I still havent recieved any feed back regarding my complaint! Instead I recieve two damn phone calls daily from NBA after stating that I should not be contacted as the matter will be dealt with between myself and Zone fitness, Inge was all keen on assisting and informing the manager so was the rest yet it is merely to get me calmed....if i do not recieve any feedback by no later than Wednesday! I will take legal action against Zone Fitness because although I stoped payment I had a valid basis to do so as it was a breach of contract! I did not sign a contract stipulating that my account will debited more than once in a month and not to mention I had to pay reverse charges.... swear to God I am sick and tired of this **** and these low class call agents who make as if I owe them money. How many other people arent also being ripped of by zone fitness??! I just recieved my good morning call from NBA!!!! Pathetic , you won't be receiving a dime from me!!!

As mentioned in the voicemail I left, I have copied the Regional Manager on the previously logged complaint to investigate.
