Overflowing Showers

The water from the showers in the ladies change rooms was over flowing. The shower drainage system is not working properly and the water was overflowing everywhere in the change rooms. Unfortunately I only saw this after my workout, I was already drenched in sweat and I was left with out a choice but to use the overflowing showers I had to stand in dirty water while I shower because I was on my way to work, we don't have the luxury of showers at our work place, that was the only place i could clean up, this was a traumatic experience and hope the gym doesn't expect other people to have to go through that again. There was dirty water that has been used by other patrons all over the floor. This is so inhuman in more was than one. We were expected to stand and shower in dirty water how disgusting.The gym manager was made aware of this but did not bother to come to the ladies rooms to, of the least apologize for the inconvenience all this is for us or inform us of the problem and whether it is being attended to. We received no communication from management. I would like feedback on what is being done to fix the problem and how long it will take. Secondly how will i be compensated for putting me through such a tormenting experience? How is the management system going to be addressed?
