Over promise and under deliver

We were at Zone Fitness Willowbridge. We moved to Brackenfell. We literally just wanted to do a transfer from Willowbridge to Brackenfell. Instead the sales lady said why don't we rather go Super Club (National) and we will pay the same. We agreed to that. We also had to change our banking details because we switched bank accounts as well.

After the first month, they took off the payment from the old bank account. The monthly subscription was R150 more than our original price and we still have not received our new cards.

We would like to cancel our contract but now there is a cancellation fee involved as well.
