not happy

when I joined zone fitness I was told I could freeze my account when I wanted for 6 months never was I told about paying 30% of what I'm paying last week I called zone fitness in sable square and spoke to Ayesha and she emailed me saying my account can only be freeze for 3 months in a 12 months cycle with a 30% each month and can only freeze it if my January debit was successful of which it was but now she is not responding my emails nothing I have email herd her 5 times. please help ***
