Not able to Cancel membership

I have been trying to cancel my membership and there is no way that i am able to do it online.

I have gone in at my nearest Zone and they said that i have to go to the one that i opened it at!!! i have no idea where i opened it as I opened it at the mall with people stainging in the middle.

This not right, This memebership has expired 2 years ago, i have already joined another Gym and i am unable to cancel this membership. The premiums has been increasing without informing me that it would increase, it increased with 50% last year.
