Not a safe place to be

I had fallen at Zone Fitness in December 2014 due to the gym not putting out Wet Floor Signs. I have injured my back severely due to the fall. I am still in pain and require further treatment.On my second attempt at communication I was put in communication with Humphries Goosen. My request to Humphries was that Zone Fitness pay for the unforeseen expense of the hospital visit incurred, x-rays and my treatment that I still need. After a lengthy email discussion where Humphries Goosen decided a rude and unprofessional approach was necessary I was emailed a letter agreeing to the invoices incurred but not for any future medical costs. Due to the process taking so long and the delay tactics I was being handed over for the invoices not being paid. My credit history is a clean slate and I cannot afford to have it compromised. In effect Zone Fitness is not safe.If a client is injured a clients health will be considered not important enough to be taken care of and employees like Humphries Goosen will be appointed to get away with the bare minimum. Zone Fitness will clearly not stay accountable for their mismanagement. Stay away from Zone Fitness.
