No Tuesday spinning after complain

Hi, I logged a complain about Zonefitness spinning class on 3 March 2015 here on Hello Peter. I got promised that the class will be back and they marked my complaint as resolved. Matter is still not resolved. I was promised members will be notified via sms and placard when the class is back and nothing like that was done. Yesterday, the class was still not back. Staff are clueless on what's happening. No communication between management, staff and members. Mickey-mouse gym indeed.
