No response to query
My membership fee did not go through on the 1st I sent through a query requesting the gym account number in order to deposit cash into it. I have not received a response and I am not surprised as a friend of mine has been struggling to transfer from the Lenasia flagship to Life Centre, your accounts department is a mess.I am beginning to think that this a just a way of ensuring that I get to pay the R20 'cash handling fee' that cash paying members are subjected to. Please send me the gyms' banking details so I can deposit the membership fee as I don't want to be charged any 'cash handling fees'
