No reply to my contracts paid in full

<p>Myself and a friend signed up for a 24 month super club membership, I paid the full 24 months up, my friend left the country to go live aboard, I contacted them, so that another friend can take over the paid up contract, this was 3 days ago, they still have not gotten back to, what is the problem if everything is paid up, my friend wants to gym with me, but we get no reply, bad service.</p>
