No feedback from manager, So unaccetable

After receiving emails and sms from attorney's on behave of zonefitness, I started questioning. I eventually was referred to Michelle who's the manager. I was promised feedback the very next day,but I'm still waiting.<br> <br> To my knowledge in 2013 I signed a 24 month contract, but was informed that it was a 36 month contract. I explained to her that after having other 2 contracts with zonefitness that a person have formed some trust and that at the time of signing the contract (note the person came to my work to see me) everything went quick stars were made on the contract where I must signed,never was I informed that it was a 36 month. In fact until a few days ago I only found out. <br> <br> I feel mislead, have no trust in zonefitness at all and cant believe for a manager not to respond to a clients concern is pathetic.
