No co operation from Zone Fitness Gym. BAD SERVICE

I got transferred to George and there is no Gym this side , i feel i can not carry on paying for something i can not use . After numerous attempts some body contacted me to say i can freeze my membership for R65/month. I is ridiculous as i wanted to stay a member but there is no gym's here. Bad customer service and totally no understanding from their side . I CAN NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I CAN NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
