New Member Treated bad

Yesterday i had an oppoitnment with Personal Trainer at 18h00 as a joined new member but when i got there, there was no one to assist me, Actually No one seems to knew about me, but my name was on their list that showes that i had appointment @18h00 but no Personal Trainer for me, Until one of the sales consultant guy assisted me ,he just by showing me how the machine works etc but it was very disgusting that you would welcome a new member like. i have been to different gym in Joburg en DBN but i have never received this kind of treatment.
