Never trust gyms, they just want your money

Their terms and conditions are very misleading. When I signed up I specially asked what they are if i need to cancel and Alex at Milnerton told me 10% of my remaining premiums. When I need to cancel because of lockdown and losing my income, they spew some wishy washy ******* about me having a special rate and the "normal" rate is applicable which is nearly double what I've been paying. What the f. I just asked them to load an end of contract termination to be done with it. Even got an sms 10Sep to say my contract ends October. "The Initial term of your contract will end October 2020 & will continue on a monthly basis.Subject to annual increase.Thanks 4 being a loyal member!Zone Fitness". I took it Cornelia did her job properly and loaded the end of contract as she said she would. Yet this morning I have a debit order come off for November. Why am I wasting my time and energy with you people????
