music system that is been reported for months

We have been complaining about the music system that sounds like its inside a match box we bearly hear anything ,we cant enjoy our excercise especialy when doing a step class it just switch itself off,even today we went as a group after it turned itself off in the middle of the class,we cant work like this ,its like we are complaining but their not getting back to us or do somthing,atleast change their system and replace their single speaker with two speackers,PLEASE!!!
