Moving club

Since moving from cpt cbd to oranjezicht, the traffic is too much to get to the gym in cape quarter.

I contacted the kloof street branch to move my membership there, but they say i need to sign a new 24 month contract. My response to this is that I would like to cancel my membership for which a very high amount of 60% of remaining fees will be charged. I do not feel this is in line with the CPA as I did not receive any goods from Zone fitness that they need to recoup??
