Misrepesentation used to get me to sign a contract

Myself and 2 friends called into the gym interested in joining and were told that there was a November promotion for people who want to try out the gym where they can buy the gym card and use the facilities for free rin November and get until December to decide whether you want to be a member. <br> When we were signing the contracts we asked questions about why we are still filling in bank details and signing membership contracts but we were duped and told that they were only for information purposes and and to shorten the admin process when I do decide to join. Within a week I discovered from another sales consultant that we had infact been made to sign a 2 year binding contract under the pretense of a promotion.<br> <br> In the few days that we have used the gym, we loved it and were considering leaving our old gym but now want nothing to do with them because of the ********** misrepresentation and being taken for fools.<br> Our query has not received much traction from the gym management e even though this is a case of gross misrepresentation.<br> I am very disappointed but am not interested in ever contracting with such **********
