Misleading Company & Worst Service

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I am very unhappy with your service.I was misled by your consultant that signed me up.<br />I Signed my brother and myself up with you at the end of November and was told that i will only pay in January.<br />The agent that signed me up did not mention to me that i will be debited in December.<br />I just came from the gym now and i was told that i am 400 outstanding which i should not be outstanding.<br />I cannot excess the gym now as you guys say i am in arrears.<br />Your service is pathetic and not sure if i should continue with you guys.<br />I have signed my wife up as well and i am thinking of cancelling all 3.<br />I dont mind that the debit order be taken of at the end of this month but i refuse to pay the amount that you guys say is outstanding as i was misled.</p> <p>Membership Number : ********** 9<br />Contact Number : ********** 380</p>
