Membership cancellation

Thank you whoever responded to me on Facebook for getting my membership cancellation sorted and for the speedy responses. I was struggling to hold of someone to cancel my membership for months and I finally got written confirmation from a lady called Jacky that it was scheduled for cancellation. So thank you her too for calling after my first review on hellopeter, thanks to hellopeter as well for being such an amazing platform to get our queries sorted. It was starting to be a nightmare. Ill update you on the process should anything arise but if someone else finds themselves in the same situation, please do not hesitate to message them on Facebook cause getting someone on the phone is near impossible.
