Lying to clients/customers to get business

In the 14/11/2017 I joint the gym called zonefitness sacardia was being assist by a guy called admore.on the copy of the contract there are rules and one of the rules was you can cancel a Memebership with a 20days notice and pay the reminding money that you owe the gym or if you under five days from your signing day it's free you give us our card and we refund you,so I decided not go cancel my membership because my partner was not happy with the choice of gym,on the 17/11/2017 I went to the gym to cancel I was helped by a lady called sandiswa after singing the cancellation form she said we done I can go I asked her about my refund because it's not five days yet she then asked if I want it back with surprise on my face I said yes when then said to me I'm gonna have to apply for it I asked where is it writing on your cancellation policy because I didn't see it she it's company rule with attitude she then left me with a receptionist lady who filled oame form that I isnt even see or sign he said is for refund I then asked asked for head office numbers he a guy by the name of tshepo I think his the manager which I also asked him about that rule he failed to answer me he said it's mistake of not writing that they will fix I asked after how long will I get my money eh said 2days then the other lady whom they said she's working with refunds she came n she said it might be longer that two days because there's a que so the told me two different stories. I then called head office and asked cancellation department I spoke to some lady I forgot her name and she told me she will send and email to head management and the sancadia gym and sacadia will call me before end of business day till today new week I'm still waiting for their call I don't know if head office didn't take my matter serious or sancadia got the order to call but they didn't.my problem is that it's not written on paper that rule if it was I wouldn't had a problem with waiting,and the stuff that was helping was helping me with bad attitude.
