<p>sandile at southdale branch signed me up , i explained to him that i would first like to go and think about it and he insisted i sign and first then i told him two days later i want to cancel the agreement and he **** to me and sadi i will have to pay 60 percent of the fee for cancellation one of his colleagues explained to me the fine print which he seemed to have missed that i am able to cancel within 5 days without being charged a fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>i want this agreement cancelled and no debit order to go off my account also i will not pay a cancellation fee as i have cancelled with him within that 5 days that i am allowed to so the fault is on his side </p> <p> </p> <p>i want a refund for the card i bought aswell which is R100 you can have your card back.</p> <p> </p> <p>this sales consultant was clearly just chasing the sale and not considering the customer , i will take it to the obudsman. </p> <p> </p> <p>i explained to him that i am moving and your gyms are limited and i cannot still afford to drive for a gym.</p> <p> </p> <p>pls have this sorted because i will reverse any debit order that goes off from you people. and block it </p>
