lack of resources

Good day My Nam e Is Ntsako Sibiya and I am a regular member in Pretoria Suncardia my complaint is that we do not have enough steps and mats, this makes it difficult for us to gym as we constantly have to gym without the necessary resources during the step class. we have raised this issue with the club consent but there seem to be no solution.
