Lack Disinfector and paper towel at SanAcadia

i am very disappointed with the service we receive from this branch. firstly the machines need service and i think some have reached their life span. i dont know as to whether there is anything been done to fix this, moreover to that, this is the second week the gym is without paper towels and disinfector spray.

when i ask why this is happening in a gym, i am told that they only order these items on the 20th of every month and that these items should last for a month and if they get finished before the end of the month , there is nothing they can do because people come to gym without their own towels and they used up the paper towels, My question was why not force people to come to gym with their own towel and if one doesnt have they should not be allowed to gym. the response i got was that the management wont allow that.

i feel it not fair on us who abide by the general rules of gym but have to suffer because there are no controls in place to ensure that we benefit from the gym as we all pay the same subscription.
