Just want my Account closed

<p>Good Day </p> <p>I opened 5 Zone Fitness memberships in 2014. Two of these were for my husband and I, which cost R 135 per month. A special was running at the time and we got a three year contract for signing up with the R 135.00pm membership (expires August 2017) . At the same time I signed up my three daughters and their friend on their student special that ran which was R 100 for two (2) years (expires August 2016). This seemed like the best deal ever, until.......!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Now that I wish to close these memberships, they want to charge me for an extra year on the R 100 memberships. I do not think this is fare, and want them to please re-calculate their figures and provide me with the correct amount. Their policy is: Should you wish to cancel before the expiration of your contract, you need to fork up 60% of the balance owing to the gym". ****py but at least I wish to settle and be rid of them. </p> <p>I have been back and forth with this, and still there is no resolution to this issue.</p> <p>I WANT TO BE DONE WITH YOU ZONE FITNESS!!!!!!</p> <p>GET YOUR CALCULATIONS RIGHT, OR I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO REFER THIS ISSUE TO THE OMBUDSMAN!!!!!</p> <p>If ever you think of joining ZONE FITNESS......think again. Their salesman are a bunch of ***** and ********. Once you have signed up, they disappear into the night never to been seen or heard of. </p> <p>Not so happy member!</p> <p> </p>
