Irresponsible ND unprofessional service

Very disappointed in staff managing and overall experience. Especially what our country going through in this time. I've been a zone fitness customer for a 3 years ND so u knw my contract expire so that make me a month to month client. I contact zone fitness to ask to freeze my account ND the first I answer I gt is I cnt very unprofessional I must HVe a Dr letter to gt my account freezed. Firstly my problem with is not asking me for the letter bt what zone fitness has put in place for ppl to go to the Dr where sick ppl is and we going through a pandemic and Dr surgery is the last place u would want to b in to stay healthy and especially if u HVe a compromise immune system. ND then the receptionist shafwaan say to to me they only do it for Ramadaan. So now I gt a issue. So u only cater for a certain criteria. ND then he say that head office instructions I ask for manager he never available. ND knw I'm not the only client we a group of ppl on WhatsApp that they saying this unprofessional things to. Even to the point that they rude. I'm very disappointed coz I contacted zone in the Watergate ND the lady was so nice ND she accomadated me so now I would like to knw what is gna happen when zone is sending this ppl for letters ND they gt sick ND r they gna liable for a med bills coz anybody with a business mindset will never put that measures in place. Very disappointed
