irresponsible conduct re giving an unemployed student a contract

last year FZ was looking for clients and they signed my daughter up given that she was doing gr12 and is unemployed. she unknowingly didn't realise what it meant signing up. i have sent them an email and have telephonically explained her situation to them. i cant understand that they gave an 18yr old unemployed student a contract. they haven't responded to my email which i sent about 2 month ago
