Interpersonal transfer and cancellation

They refused to refund me for an interpersonal transfer that never happened. I requested to terminate the membership month before my contract came to end cancelled but they continued sent me inconsistent amounts that I have to pay billing me every month for months after I made a request to cancel. communicating with them is so exhausting ,they ****s and cover up for each other

They don’t keep records of cash transactions with clients who do interpersonal transfer.It goes straight to their pockets. Not on the system and you will suffer the consequences of them failing to disclose such money.

Trust and believe that you will never get it back ,even if the transfer never happened. You and sars will get nada! They are not ethical shame!
