Integrity

I joined the gym sometime last year, and when joining I was told that when I want to cancel it would be done. My job then moved and I wanted to cancel the contract since I would not be able to go to the gym any more. I have sent countless emails and also spoke to one of their agents and nothing has been done about it. I get debited each month for something I'm not using even and it seems as if the agents that I have been speaking to just does not care as they never give me any feedback from their head office. I also know of a few people that is in the same situation I am.
