Inefficient Administration/Accounts depart

I cancelled my membership and they even sent me confirmation about the cancellation request being actioned/completed. Months later the Nimble group is hassling me about unpaid membership fees, assuming my cancellation request wasn’t actioned & which now means I’ve been handed over to debt collectors???
